Armarauders Bellerophon Refined Sneek Peak!

We’ve finally got some awesome shots of the first toy in the Armarauders line, Cameron’s Full Gear Bellerophon! If you were an early reader and fan of the site (much thanks!) you might remember the exciting interview I got to do with Armarauders co-creator, Valent Wang, back in Spring of 2012, and by now probably know how excited I am for this line. Valent and the team at Armarauders have been gracious enough to include me in some of the process as well as giving a fan and consumer’s perspective and insight before releases and announcements. I can’t thank them enough!

Anyway, enough brown-nosing and onto to the important topic at hand, the first official look at the new and improved Bellerophon toy! While the overall design has remained very similar to the initial prototype that was shown last year, this is the first real look we’re getting at what’s going to essentially be the final piece. (check this post for a decent round-up of what’s coming!) In short, Mecha Workshop is having some help developing the toy from some awesome and reputable companies, most notably T-Rex and Action Toys. You’ve heard of Bandai’s recently released Soul of Chogokin Mazinger DX? How about ES and EX-Gokin? Yea, they worked on those.

It’s awesome to see a project like this finally start to come to fruition, and I can’t wait to get the Bellerophon in hand to check out. Make sure to head to the Armarauders Facebook page for all the new pictures!
