Having just recently sold my two Metal Gear Solid Play Arts Kai figures, the feeling was a little bittersweet. Sure, I loved them, but I think the fact that both Snake and Cyborg Ninja deserved much more articulation than Play Ars Kai could provide just turned me off. Not to mention that I was able to sell them for double what I payed a year ago. CHA CHING!
Low and behold, a listing popped up on BigBadToyStore today, showing a Revoltech Naked Snake up for preorder. Awesome! I’ve wanted some hyper articulated Metal Gear figures ever since the initial allure and charm of the PAK versions fell off. I don’t think this is very surprising either, to be honest, with Zone of the Enders Revoltechs being released last year (the Naked Jehuty looks beautiful.) Maybe Kojima was gauging the sales of the ZoE Revoltechs to decide on releasing Metal Gear ones? Who knows. All I know is that I’m super excited to see what’s in store for the future of Metal Gear Revoltechs.
While Cyborg Ninja actually topped my most wanted video game Figma list, but a Revoltech version would be just fine.
This post will be updated when official Revoltech MG pictures are released!

We'll just have to wait and see if it's for figures from MGS1, or if they plan on only doing MGS3 and on figures. I'm only a fan of the first game so if they don't release Solid Snake and Cyborg Ninja, those PAK figures may be the best incarnations we'll get.
You are insane. Play Arts Kai is top notch quality.
I don't dislike them, I just think Revoltechs suit Metal Gear a little bit better.
